
Cancelation Terms and Conditions
Cancelations:

There is an online booking fee, the fee is 50% of the service unless the service is £15 or less, in such cases, there is a 100% booking fee. The booking fee is not refundable unless KLM Nails and Beauty initiate the cancelation of your appointment. The booking fee can however be transferred to a revised appointment time within 14 days of the original appointment so long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for the cancelation.

The customer will give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

If the customer fails to give a minimum of 48 hours notice, they will loose their booking fee if they booked online or they will be charged £15 for each service they cancel.

To rearrange an appointment, a minimum of 1 hour notice must be given. There will be no charge for rearranging an appointment so long as a minimum of one hour notice is given. If less than 1 hour notice is given, a fee of £10 maybe charged to cover travel expenses and time if the Technician is on route to the appointment. Rearranged appointments must take place within 7 days or the fees described in clause 3 will apply.

If the customer is unavailable upon the arrival of the Technician at the planned appointment time, a period of 15 minutes grace will be given. After this time the fee customer may be charged a fee as described in clause 3.

If you or anyone within your home has tested positive for Covid 19 in the 7 days leading up to your appointment, the service can not be carried out. You will be offered an alternative appointment.

If for any reason KLM Nails and Beauty need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund will be issued to you.
Nail Services:

Unfortunately, for insurance purposes we are unable to offer Acrylic or Gel nail services to anyone under the age of 16.

If I think you are under the age of 16, I will cancel the service and issue a refund minus transaction fees.

I are unable to carry out any nail treatments on clients who have a bacterial or viral infection of the nails or skin. If think you may have an infection that would prevent your chosen service, please contact me prior to booking. If you have booked and your nails are not suitable for your chosen service due to an infection, you will be offered a refund minus £10 to cover travel expenses, time and transaction fees.

In booking, you agree to follow my aftercare advice to ensure the longevity of your service and the health of your natural nails.

Nail art is not included in any standard service prices. It is available for an extra fee of £5 for a 15 minute block of time (eg: if nail art takes 20 minutes, you will be charged for two 15 minute blocks).

I will warranty nails for 2 days as long as aftercare advice is followed. However:

I do not offer any warranty if your natural nails or the skin surrounding your nails is bitten.

Infills are available for sets that do not exceed 3 weeks and do not have significant growth.

If you exceed 3 weeks of have excessive growth you require a 3 weeks+ rebalancing appointment. Please be aware that if growth is significant, you may require a removal and reapplication. Removals incur an additional fee of £10 if your infill appointment exceeds 3 weeks.

Repairs: nails that can not be repaired during an infill (due to the nature of the damage) will be removed for an additional fee of £1 per nail. Tip reapplication will be charged at 50p a tip and reapplication of product to a nail that should have been infilled will be an additional £1.

Please be aware that I do not carry out an infill services on another technicians work under any circumstances.

Please be aware that I will be bringing chemicals into your home. These may be harmful to some pets (for example fish, birds). KLM Nails and Beauty accepts no responsibility for any harm that could be caused to any pets as a result of the services I offer. If you are unsure, please contact me in advance of booking your appointment.

I am pet and child friendly, but I do recommend that pets or young children are not present in the immediate work area while the service is being provided. This is to prevent opportunity for accidental damage or injury to them or property. KLM Nails and Beauty accepts no responsibility for any temporary or permanent injury caused by any of the chemicals or equipment used during any treatments offered if pets and young children are within the immediate work area.
